They're not being reckless. They found a tool that makes them faster, and nobody gave them a sanctioned alternative. That's the starting condition at most companies this size, named or not. **Amar Patel** walks through the three-stage map Ascend uses with its own clients: - **Stage 1: Endpoints and employees.** Why blocking shadow AI fails, and what to give people instead. - **Stage 2: Back office and data.** What most AI efforts stall on, and what your data actually needs before an agent can touch it. - **Stage 3: Agents at work.** What separates a pilot from something that runs in production every day, with someone accountable when it breaks. Security and governance run underneath all three from day one. Skip them and every stage above just adds more surface area for something to go wrong. By the end, you'll know exactly where your company sits on this map and what to fix first. ### Watch the Full Session By submitting this form, you agree to the [Privacy Policy](https://teamascend.com/privacy-policy/) and [Cookie Policy](https://teamascend.com/privacy-policy/) and agree to sharing your information with Ascend Technologies and hosting partners. ![ASND-WEBREFRESH-Events-Icon-People](https://content.teamascend.com/hubfs/ASND-WEBREFRESH-Events-Icon-People.svg) ## Meet the Speakers - ![1774629246616](https://content.teamascend.com/hubfs/1774629246616.png) #### Amar Patel CEO, Ascend Technologies [Connect on LinkedIn →](https://www.linkedin.com/in/amar311/) [![Ascend Technologies](https://content.teamascend.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Logos/Ascend/Ascend%20Technologies_Horizontal_FullColor_White.png?width=200&height=107&name=Ascend%20Technologies_Horizontal_FullColor_White.png)](https://teamascend.com/) Contact 833-639-2285 - - - - - - Company - [About](https://teamascend.com/about/) - [Services](https://teamascend.com/services/) - [Testimonials](https://teamascend.com/client-success-stories/) - [Partner With Us](https://teamascend.com/about/partner-with-us/) - [Resources](https://teamascend.com/resources/) - [Contact](https://teamascend.com/contact/) - [Careers](https://teamascend.com/careers/) - Services - [IT Consulting](https://teamascend.com/services/strategic-consulting/) - [Cybersecurity](https://teamascend.com/services/cybersecurity/) - [IT Infrastructure](https://teamascend.com/services/infrastructure/) - [Cloud](https://teamascend.com/services/cloud-computing/) - [24/7 Support Desk](https://teamascend.com/services/infrastructure/support-desk/) - [Microsoft Services](https://teamascend.com/services/microsoft-365/) - [Salesforce Services](https://teamascend.com/salesforce-services/) - [HubSpot Services](https://teamascend.com/services/hubspot-services/) - [App Development](https://teamascend.com/services/application-development/) ### Empowering Technology.
