Craig Sherwood is the managing partner of Shambliss Security. Mr. Sherwood has more than two decades of experience in the cybersecurity industry helping clients manage risk through effective information security, disaster recovery planning, and program management. Lead efforts to identify opportunities and respond to RFPs by preparing proposals to fit various business cases, address client-specific needs, and provide custom consulting and outcome-based programs to large enterprise clients.

Craig is a frequent speaker on risk management-related topics including cyber-security, cyber-liability and business continuity planning. As an active participant in various associations and within the community, he is frequently interviewed for his insight on how companies can improve their cybersecurity and business continuity preparedness.

Lori Tuffield is Managing Director and Co-Head of CIBC Bank USA’s Treasury Management group, with direct responsibility for Advisory and Client Services. Lori joined CIBC (formerly The PrivateBank) in December 2007 from LaSalle National Bank where she was a group senior vice president and Sales Director for LaSalle Bank’s Treasury Management Advisory team. Lori received her B.A. from The Ohio State University.


Jim Rolfe is a Managing Director and Market Team Lead in the Illinois Commercial Banking Group at CIBC Bank USA. Jim is responsible for leading the marketing efforts for a team of professional lenders who manage approximately $900 million in loan commitments. Jim leads the marketing efforts and marketing strategy for CIBC’s Middle Market Banking group consisting of 40+ professionals. Jim’s target market has always been working primarily with privately-held, entrepreneurial, 2nd/3rd/4th generation family-owned businesses providing credit facilities and other ancillary products and services to these companies including Treasury Management, Risk Management, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, Corporate Trust and Investments and International services.

Prior to joining The PrivateBank (now CIBC) in March, 2008, Jim was a SVP/Division Head in Commercial Banking at LaSalle Bank where he had been for nearly sixteen years. Jim’s responsibilities as a SVP/Division Head included the overseeing of an approximately $400 million loan portfolio consisting of approximately 95 client relationships and a staff of seven professionals.

Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Gary is a Vice President of Alera Group (formerly GCG Financial) and the Director of the Alera Global Trade Risk Management Division (AGT). Under his guidance, AGT provides companies the ability to strategically manage their commercial trade risk, both domestic and export, as well as mitigating political risk involving international business investments. 

Gary has 14 years of experience in corporate insurance in addition to 11 years as a lender in the commercial finance business. He possesses a deep knowledge of how to minimize credit risk and maximize growth & banking relationships for Clients. Through this risk management expertise, Gary’s focus is protecting Clients’ money. John Hart. Mr. Hart is a results-oriented technologist, change agent and strategist with more than 25 years of information security & compliance experience. He works with many organizations including Midsized to Fortune 500 clients to evaluate and address cyber-risks including those related to enterprise system security, privacy, risk, governance and compliance assessments for mission critical systems/enterprises and develop NIST, ISO/IEC, SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA and GDPR plans, policies, procedures, system security plans, process improvement and plan of action and milestones documentation in support of commercial and government critical infrastructure sectors.

Mr. Hart works collaboratively with business leaders to align information security services and technology with heir organizational strategies and objectives. Responsible for helping develop complex security services and managing customer relationships.
